Director of Kind-e-play Educational Consultancy, Michelle focuses on offering Support and Guidance with focus on embedding and creating Culturally Safe Environments for children in their Early Years.
Co-Author and Co-Creator of the Raindrops of Diversity Framework, Michelle focuses on interpreting Cultural knowledge and embedding this in fun, hands-on age appropriate learning curriculums. Michelle is able to adapt learning content, providing knowledge, information and skills to her clientele.
In 2022 Michelle co-launched the Raindrops of Diversity Community Learning Hub, offering online courses, sharing knowledge through informative blogs and by building an ever-growing library of resource links.
Michelle is our resident artist, illustrator, animator, and innovative design manager.
